General finishing-trades renovation
From the bathroom to the whole house: a single point of contact, a detailed quote room by room and item by item, and a team that coordinates all trades.

A single point of contact for all trades
A renovation that runs smoothly is, above all, a well-coordinated one: the plumber comes before the plasterboard fitter, the electrician before the painter, the tiler at the right moment. We organise the whole job and remain your only contact from quote to handover.
| Package | What we do |
|---|---|
| Demolition and strip-out | Removal of old coverings, partitions and fittings; disposal of rubble. |
| Plastering and insulation | Plasterboard partitions and suspended ceilings, insulation, dry lining. |
| Flooring and tiling | Tiling, large-format tiles, wall tiles, laminate or solid wood flooring, skirting boards. |
| Painting | Surface preparation, smoothing plaster, wall and ceiling painting, damp-proofing in wet rooms. |
| Plumbing | New water supply and waste pipes, sanitary fittings, solar water heaters, leak detection. |
| Electrics | Consumer unit, earthing, sockets and lighting, mechanical ventilation, networking, smoke detectors. |
| Joinery | Interior doors, built-in wardrobes, exterior doors and windows. |
| Kitchens and bathrooms | Complete renovation, from removal to installation of fittings. |
| Air conditioning | Installation and replacement of air conditioning units. |
| Small jobs | Assembly, fixing, repairs, sealing: those “little jobs” that never get done. |

A room-by-room quote, not a lump sum
We build the quote from your plans, a surveyor's report or an on-site survey. For each room: floor and ceiling areas, skirting board length, wall area minus doors and windows. The result: you can see what is planned for each room, make choices item by item, and there is no vague “package”.
Renovating a Creole house
An old Creole house deserves a respectful renovation: we keep what gives it character (varangue (veranda), woodwork, lambrequins (decorative eave trims), wooden floors) and bring up to standard what needs it (electrics, plumbing, wet rooms). Our three areas of expertise complement each other here: wood stripping, laser for details and metal, and interior renovation for everything else.
