The town lives with the wind and sun of the leeward coast, with neighbourhoods stepped up the slopes. Wooden decks here face due west in the afternoon: that is where UV attacks the wood fibre fastest. - La Possession (town centre) (97419): Coastal town centre at the foot of the cliff along the Route du Littoral, bordered by the sea and the Rivière des Galets; dense urban housing and recent developments (ZAC Cœur de Ville).
- Camp Magloire (97419): Seafront neighbourhood north of the centre, low-lying and built-up, close to the seafront.
- Bœuf Mort (97419): Residential neighbourhood rising from the coast to the first slopes, with a local town hall office; dry climate of the leeward coast.
- Moulin Joli (97419): Residential and commercial neighbourhood on the lower slopes, crossed by the main roads between Le Port and La Possession.
- Bois de Demoiselle (97419): Residential neighbourhood on the lower slopes of Sainte-Thérèse, mixing housing estates and apartment blocks.
- Saint-Laurent (97419): Mainly residential area on the lower slopes around Sainte-Thérèse, above the town centre.
- Entre Ciel et Terre (97419): Mid-slope neighbourhood between Pichette and Sainte-Thérèse, made up of housing estates overlooking the bay of Saint-Paul.
- Sainte-Thérèse (97419): Large hillside neighbourhood overlooking the town centre, with a local town hall office; detached housing growing fast.
- Ravine à Marquet (97419): Mid-slope hamlet along the ravine of the same name, with scattered detached houses and a cooler climate than the coast.
- Pichette (97419): Neighbourhood in the uplands of La Possession, on steep slopes, made up mainly of detached houses.

Decks, verandas, stairs and wood flooring stripped back to bare wood, then protected with deck oil, an oil or floor varnish depending on use. Charged per m² or per hour.
Laser cleaning of all surfaces
Rust, paint, varnish, pollution on stone: cleaning without sand, water or chemicals, using our own 500 W laser.
Interior renovation and fit-out
Plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrics, bathrooms, kitchens: room-by-room quotes and coordination of all trades.
