Stripping and renovation in Saint-Paul

Saint-Paul is the largest municipality on Réunion Island, with a historic centre, a seafront and neighbourhoods such as Plateau Caillou, Savannah and Bellemène. Many Creole houses here have kept their original woodwork, their lambrequins (decorative eave trims) and their varangues (verandas): a heritage that must be stripped with care.

Our services in Saint-Paul

On an old Creole house, you don't sand carved woodwork the way you would a deck. Laser stripping removes layers of paint from lambrequins or joinery without softening the details; mechanical stripping remains the most effective method for floorboards and verandas. Indoors, we handle floors, walls, ceilings, electrics and plumbing room by room.

  • Stripping of verandas, lambrequins and joinery on Creole houses
  • Sanding and varnishing of old parquet floors
  • All-trades interior renovation
